SVP, Managing Director: Jackie Lang

In her current role as Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Regis UK Ltd, Jackie Lang oversees the management of the Regis, Supercuts, Express Hair & Beauty and Beauty Bar by Regis brands within the UK, together with the Vidal Sassoon concept which has salons in both the USA and Europe. Ms. Lang commenced her employment with Regis in 1987 as a management accountant, having held a similar role for AECI in South Africa. In subsequent years, she held the role of General Manager, progressing to Vice President of Operations prior to her current promotion in 2008. Ms. Lang holds a degree in Business from the Open University in London.

Head of Finance and Merchandising: Craig Vale

In Craig Vale’s role as Head of Finance he oversees the interpretation of financial results and helps build the strategic vision for the business, ensuring financial viability, incorporating the Regis and Supercuts brands in the UK and the Vidal Sassoon concept in the US and Europe. In addition, as the Head of Merchandising, Mr. Vale overseas the group that delivers the retail and service products to all salons across the UK and ensures the retailing vision is achieved throughout the salon network whilst maintaining appropriate buy-in and inventory holding levels. Mr. Vale joined the business in December 2010 having previously qualified as an accountant in the Big Four accountancy firms where he had a portfolio of retail clients.

General Manager, Non-Appointment Division: Emma Foster

Emma Foster started her employment with the company in October 1995 as a stylist for Essenelle. After managing Regis salons, she was promoted to Regis Regional Manager in the South of England in 1998. Ms. Foster became General Manager for the UK Non Appointment Division in November 2005 and is responsible for the performance of all UK Non Appointment salons.

Marketing Manager: Jenny Smith

In her current role as Marketing Manager, Jenny Smith oversees the marketing strategy for the Regis, Supercuts, Express Hair & Beauty and Beauty Bar by Regis brands. Ms. Smith joined Regis UK in 2002 as a Marketing Associate and remained in the role until 2006 when she joined Adams Childrenswear. She returned to Regis UK Ltd in 2008 as Brand Manager and was promoted to Marketing Manager in 2011. Ms. Smith holds a 2:1 degree in Marketing.

Human Resources Manager: Caroline Collins

Caroline Collins started with Regis in August 1999 as HR Manager, having previously worked as HR Manager and Training Manager for a national chain of book stores. Ms. Collins is responsible for all UK HR functions including Employment Law and Pensions and Benefits. She is also responsible for ensuring the HR team is supporting and guiding the salons and field team in all aspects of people management, and for providing commercially aware advice on UK employment legislation.

Head of Technical Education: Rebecca Mills

In her role as Head of Technical Education, Rebecca Mills oversees the education programme for Regis UK, composes and executes training for Supercuts, Hair and Beauty by Regis and Regis, and manages the team of educators ensuring a high level of education is delivered consistently by way of training manuals, Educators Development and New Courses. Ms. Mills started working for Regis UK in 2013 following a long career with Toni and Guy where she successfully franchised a number of salons. Among her accomplishments were being awarded Retailer of the Year and Franchisee of the Year.

Property Manager: Neil Dixon

In his role as Property Manager, Neil Dixon oversees the management of the UK property portfolio, which comprises more than 350 properties, and is responsible for the acquisition of new properties and businesses. Mr. Dixon joined Regis in 2010, having previously held the position of Group Property Director at Julian Graves Limited, where he was part of the management team that was responsible for the expansion of the Julian Graves Brand from 70 to 350 stores over a nine-year period, and was also responsible for the expansion of Whittard of Chelsea in the US.

Planning Manager: John Rowland

In his role as Planning Manager, John Rowland is responsible for surveys, quotations, refits, new openings and drafting salon layouts in all Regis and Supercuts salons based in the UK, as well as Sassoon salons located in the UK, US and Germany. He has additional responsibility managing the Planning and Maintenance support teams in the Coventry office. Mr. Rowland has a wealth of knowledge gained from more than 27 years of experience building and designing salons in the hairdressing industry.
